Hey everyone, it's Martijn.
We're almost there, the end of our Kickstarter campaign!
This project has been in the works for more than two years, and it's unreal (to me at least) to see that it's actually becoming a real physical card game. I can't wait to hold it in my hands, and to take it to friends, events, and meetups. It has been one of several really pleasant surprises of this Kickstarter, finding out that so many other people are excited about an Awkward card game as well. We have backers who are completely new to the game, we have backers who are fans of the original videogame, and we have backers from other videogame studios who want to show their support. To me this sounds like a very healthy start for the life of the Awkward card game - and I'm forever grateful to everyone who is joining us on this journey.
I also want to say that it was amazing how so many people went out of their way to help out with the campaign. From tweeting about it, to sharing it in various Discord servers, etc - you've made a massive difference.
There's less than 24 hours left, if you've been tempted to upgrade your pledge then this is the right moment since there isn't much time. The Limited Edition Mega Deck Deluxe is all gone, but some of the other Limited Edition decks are still up for grabs!
